Tuition and Fees

In the event the student decides not to attend the International Student Program for personal reasons, only a portion of the paid tuition fee will be refunded. In all cases, $425.00 to cover administrative expenses and $700.00 homestay placement fee will be retained and the following refund policy will apply:

1. Full refund less $425.00 if the visiting student authorization for a study permit is not approved by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)  and supporting documentation of this rejection is forwarded to Canadian Rockies Public Schools
2. 75% of the full tuition fee if the student withdraws 60 days to 31 days prior to the start of the school term
3. 50% of the full tuition fee if the student withdraws 30 days prior to the start of the school term
4. No refund will be granted, for whatever reason, if the student withdraws on and after the school term begins
